Baby nutrition rules

Mom, the basic principle during the period of my diet expansion is that it’s the parent who decides what the child eats and it’s the child who decides how and how much it eats.
Also, please remember that there is no order in which you should introduce certain products (especially particular vegetables or fruits) to an infant’s diet. There are no tables and charts describing which product and in which month would be appropriate for the child. There is also no recommendation to hold off on introducing potentially allergenic foods to your child’s diet.
Start by giving your child a small amount of a new product and observe their reaction. If you have any doubts, contact the doctor.
